IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• You will ONLY be able to pick up your wristband and other passes during open Box Office hours. Box Office hours are as follows

  • Fri 10am - 12am

  • Sat 9am - 12am

  • Sun 9am - 10pm

• Shoe Fest Gates open at 10AM CST on Friday, August 30, 2024.

• Shoe Fest does not allow any kind of glass on the premises, vehicles will be searched upon entry.

• Children under the age of 12 may enter Shoe Fest free of charge.

• Shoe Fest is not a camp-with-your-car festival. You must park in a designated parking area and camp within the festival grounds.

• Once you purchase a ticket, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of Shoe Fest. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still do not have the email, please contact the Eventbrite help center here.

• All RV & Cabins tickets must accompany a 3 Day, Sat/Sun Only, Sunday Only or Volunteer Pass in order to enter the festival grounds.

• Only 3 Day, Sat/Sun Only, Sun Only or Volunteer passes are exchangeable for a festival wristband.

Shoe Fest holds no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.  Shoe Fest will take place rain or shine.  This ticket is exchangeable for the specific Shoe Fest Day Camping and Music ticket you have purchased (either 3 Day Pass, Sat/Sun, Sun Only, RV Pass, Cabin or Volunteer Deposit) and not an individual artists' performance.  No refunds will be offered for any change in schedule, talent cancellations, weather issues or otherwise.  Artist Line up and schedule subject to change.  

All ticket holders understand this is an outdoor camping festival in a natural environment, with no manmade changes to the grounds. Ticket holders will acknowledge that camping and weather can create risk of injury or death due to the environment and agrees to attend at ticket holder's own risk. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or after same, including but not limited to, contracting, and/or spreading the COVID-19 virus. By choosing to attend Shoe Fest, all ticket holders agree to indemnify and hold Shoe Fest LLC, Northern Illinois Camp Association, Camp Shaw-Waw-Nas- See and all involved parties harmless in the incident of injury, sickness, or death.

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be available at the discretion of Shoe Fest organizers. Refund information will be available at www.shoe-fest.com. Cancellation would require that all 3 days of festival are canceled. If any day of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be cancelled. If the event is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 months of scheduled date, the ticket/wristband shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This ticket/wristband is not subject to any refund (unless show is cancelled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, this ticket/wristband shall not be exchangeable. No refunds, no exchanges except as provided herein, event date & time subject to change. All rights reserved.

All ticket holders are subject to Local, State, Federal and CDC guidelines & requirements regarding Covid-19. No refunds will be offered for any mitigations or policies in place at the time of the festival related to Covid-19. All Covid-19 policies are subject to change.

Tickets/Wristbands obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. This ticket/wristband cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THIS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.

Shoe Fest will be working with Local and State Health Officials keeping up with best practices and recommendations to mitigate risk from COVID-19.
